Supervision: Clinical supervision services are designed to support emerging and experienced mental health professionals in developing clinical competence, ethical decision-making, and reflective practice. Grounded in evidence-based models and culturally responsive frameworks, supervision is tailored to each supervisee’s developmental stage, professional goals, and theoretical orientation.

We provide a collaborative and supportive environment to:
-
Explore clinical cases with insight and curiosity.
-
Deepen self-awareness and the use of self in the therapeutic relationship.
-
Strengthen assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and documentation skills.
-
Navigate ethical dilemmas and boundary issues.
-
Develop a clear professional identity and voice.
Supervision is available for individuals pursuing licensure and licensed professionals who seek to adhere to the ethical guidelines of ongoing supervision.
Consultation: Supervision and supervision-of-supervision are regularly scheduled contracted relationships between the supervisee and supervisor, in which there is a hierarchy and gatekeeping is part of the relationship. There is also an evaluative component to both, whether the evaluation is documented and reported or shared between the supervisee and supervisor. At times a clinician only needs input from an expert to navigate a complex case or enhance their practice on an intervention level through consultation. Consultation is a peer-to-peer, egalitarian service. You determine when you meet for consultation, whether it is a one-time, monthly, or even yearly engagement. Consultation is a great way to find support while expending limited resources.
